We want you to love your candle experience! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the candle must be:
- Unused and unlit
- In the same condition you received it
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Used candles
- Candles that have been burned or altered
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at scootscandleco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
