Return Policy

We want you to love your candle experience! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the candle must be:
    • Unused and unlit 
    • In the same condition you received it
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used candles
  • Candles that have been burned or altered
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at scootscandleco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
