Thank you for supporting our small business! Every order means the world to us, and we’re so excited to send our candles your way!

Our candles are handcrafted in small batches right here in New York, using clean, all-natural ingredients— free from preservatives, additives, or harsh chemicals. Because we take pride in quality over quantity, please take a moment to review how we handle shipping with care.

 

🕰 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Because each candle is hand-poured in small batches, we take the time to ensure quality with every order.

Note: During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

 

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States using USPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
  • Priority Shipping (2–4 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
  • Free Shipping on orders over $50 (U.S. only)

 

📍 Shipping Locations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

We do not currently ship internationally. 

 

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (weather, volume surges, etc.)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Unforeseen events beyond our control

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order!

 

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at Scootscandleco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to make it right.
